There are many grades of plastic in our industry. Our stencils are made of LDPE polyethylene plastic, the best on the market. Most stencils are available in either 1/8" Maxilast, or 1/16" Durolast. Maxilast is best for large stencils and ones that are used frequently, Durolast is fine for small stencils and ones that are not used often. Either one will last for years and can be re-used over and over. |

Stencils come in your choice of two weights of material, Maxilast or Durolast. MAXILAST is our top performer. At 1/8" (3.125 mm) thick, this heavy duty material is second to none in service and life. DUROLAST is our answer to the part time, economical stencil. At 1/16" (1.6 mm), this stencil will out perform most products on the market today at only pennies per job |

| LDPE is a remarkable material. In fact, it is so strong that it’s used in bulletproof vests and as a replacement for ice in ice skating rinks. LDPE is even used in hip and knee implants. When used as a pavement marking stencil, LDPE is flexible enough to conform to curved surfaces and will not be damaged by any paint or solvent. Easy maintenance is the #1 advantage to our stencils. The slick, non-porous surface allows the dried paint build-up to simply peel off. |

How long does it take to get my order?
Most in stock items ship the next day. Custom orders usually take about three days, but can take up to three weeks in April, May, and June. Click here for a US map showing delivery times.
Standard UPS shipping often gets there the next day to Texas and Louisiana addresses, and two days to surrounding states. Three days for most of the rest of the country, sometimes four days for remote locations. We can also ship to Canada and other countries. Email Robert for information.
We ship UPS, normally standard shipping. We can ship next day air, but must charge a $5.00 handling fee for upgraded shipping service. |
