First time I have been on in a long long time.  Good luck Ken with your future endeavors,  you helped me more than anyone when I first started stripping back in '02.  You are also the one that made me see that the Line Driver was the way to go.  You talked me thru stripping my first athletic track and taught me the art of stripping off the back wheel.  Thanks for all you have taught me, answering my phone calls, and giving back to those of us that needed help.  I will forever be greatful.

Ken, even though I have never met you in person I consider you a friend and hope the best for you.  Please check in often. If you ever get the notion to travel to the rain forest please let me know I will find a way to get the keys to our city and show you around.

To all the good friends here on PLP.  Not sure just how "important" some of you may consider this post, but didn't want it to get lost in the other threads.

No one should take credit or resposibility for my resent absence here on PLP.  I'm getting to the age where I'm wanting to slow down a bit.... well not literally.  Actually, since I have started my romantic relationship with my Rocket3, I've realized there is more to life than striping......kind of like fishing is to BTS.

I had \\\STRIPES/// all but sold then Brandon (my son) saw the writing on the wall and made a turn around.  He's made a remarkable striper.  As such, I have time to persue other interests.  Some of you may know my affection for classical music.  In addition to going on a Rocket tour to Maggie Valley, NC (Chips back yard) soon, I will also be going on a choral tour to the UK this summer.  Who'da thunk this ol geeze would get to sang at Westminster Abbey!

It has been a treat to try to help whenever someone would ask.  I would get pleasure when I could help anyone not make the mistakes I made learning to cut corners and do things differently.

As it stands now, I have elected to take myself out of the striping loop and consider myself (at least semi) retired from striping.  Too much stuff to do here in the office.  Brandon is keeping me and the accountant jumping.  I'll check back infrequently.
