Every spot on the lot is a unique little place all to itself, some fine dirt could have blown over the lines from the landscaping while the paint was still a little sticky. If all the lines did that then I would wonder about the batch of paint but it's most likely just some dirt blew by and settled on that area.

What paint are you using?  latex (waterbourne) or solvent / oil based?

Does all traffic marking paint pickup dirt on concrete at the same rate or does some stay cleaner longer?  Some of my white is dirty brown by the time I leave the lot.
