Like anything, you would have to learn the machine and develope a system to make it work for you.

The wheel and ability to shoot plural product or multiple colors sounds interesting but my motto: never walk when you can ride or never stand when you can sit.

I really think this is start of something big.

Tom

I agree, I see room for a second pump with a second color on the same platform.

It does look different..can't wait to see it in the field, get some feedback.
It looks great for long runs..long frame, holds lots of paint
BUT
here's the big but

I'm curious about the maneuverability/reposition time in single stalls against a curb.
When you get right down to it..a LazyLiner can be pretty darn quick..especially when you master the handlebar down-push and pivoting the pusher & painter like a hinge at the coupler  ;D
* yes, there is a degree of risk of injury associated with this slick maneuver for the unskilled & should not be attempted by persons not thoroughly versed in "pusher dynamics"...lest you find yourself sitting on the ground with a spilled bucket of traffic white in your lap  :o  (or so i've heard)

Looking at the picture and crying I'm laughing so hard. It really looks like a chariot.

A chariot. Only thing missing are two chihuahuas in front to give it the classic look.

I really think this is start of something big. Graco and the rest of us in this crazy business have been trying to reinvent the wheel since day one.

I love the fact that it is a fixed platform with no swivel. When Velke invented stand up sulkys for our  walk behind mowers our efficiency increased dramatically, but you always felt a little disconected. Another pinch point means more on the job injuries. Mostly feet and ankles.

The stand on commercial mowers of today are real light in the front end and hard to navigate the ups and downs, much like a 3900 with a LD running low on paint.  The  Graco with the weight of the hopper and 200hs up front will make this Caddy ride like a dream.

Most of our Stripers will probably go this way...I'll keep walking, it's kind of peaceful.

Here is the link for the Field lazer version

My 200HS next to that is like comparing a Toyota Tacoma pickup to a Dodge Megacab Longbed ;D

Very reminiscent of a "stander" mower

It's "price vs return", if you don't have the business to get the return in a time frame you think is reasonable for you, then the price is too high.

No, but it does have a built -in automatic skip line controller  and integral Auto Layout that uses the paint guns rather than the aerosol cans.  It has a lot of new "industry first features like an all new front caster wheel that does not have a locking pin (nor a lever on the handlebars) yet goes straight, straight, straight.
wedolines, I was a week behind you in Rogers and a few of the engineers said they enjoyed sharing ideas and concepts and getting feedback from you.  As you mentioned earlier, Joe May is a great guy and the class is invaluable.  Thanks for investing your time to go to school.
Tat007, regarding price, it is all about the value a product brings to your business.  I have to admit, many things are getting priced through the stars these days. A sheet of drywall went up 37% the first of the year, thermo has just about doubled in price in the last few years in some cases, a few paint companies have had 3-4 price increase over the course of a year.
The 250 will be shown at the ATSSA and Pavement shows in just over a week.  It may be too early to post pictures but I think next week I can put up a few, let me check, maybe sooner.
