just figured i'd offer up some custom forms I just put together in word. got the idea after attending the world of concrete this past week and noticed that all they had for sale were pretty generic forms that had little to no info. currently still working on the site evaluation (bidding process) form, should be wrapped up this evening. the site diary (day to day tracking of jobs) is all wrapped up.
both are in word documents so feel free to edit as you see tailored towards your business. mind you, we do more than just striping, so there might be a bit more detail than you might need. anywho, figured this might help all those else out there that struggle with the day to day paperwork, receipts, labor etc. i also have a "project evaluation" (planning of the jobs, equipment, materials etc), but seeing that I made it in photoshop and it's a .pdf, you won't be able to edit it. however, might give ya some ideas to come up with your own.
